Delta grew up in a small village near Tailfeather, though it was ravaged by dragons when she was very young. After her village was destroyed by Nidhogg's forces, she was found by Hlodyn and taken in by her and the dragons of Anyx Trine. She later moved to Ishgard when she became an adult to work as a Centurio Clan hunter, where she learned how to wield the lance (though she refused to become an official Dragoon for obvious reasions.)She became commander for a squadron of soldiers [the Valkyries], who were enlisted to aid in the Battle of Carteneau. However, they were separated and gravely wounded during the Seventh Umbral Calamity. Delta retreated to Ishgard, where in her bitterness and wounded pride, she learnt the art of the Dark Knight.She first encounters the Scions during the events of Heavensward, where she acts as an emissary for mortals and dragons. She assists them in their endeavor to end the Dragonsong War, hoping that her found family in Dravania can live in peace. During the climax of Heavensward as she and the Scions weather Sohr Khai, Hraesvelgr imparts some of his magic to her.Once Nidhogg is vanquished and the Dragonsong War ends, Delta officially joins the Scions of the Seventh Dawn and acts as a supporting character onwards in future expansions. She can also be found outside MSQ in the Dark Knight job quests.

RELATION: Delta's loose mother figureHlodyn is one of Hraesvelgr's daughters. She was instantly smitten with Delta when she first took her in and lovingly raised her as her own. Despite most dragonkind's aversion towards mortals, Hlodyn finds mankind and their intricacies of life intriguing, often using an alternate form to walk among them to learn about their ways of life, assuming a more discreet name like Owl to better blend in. She works undercover as a Sharlayan Professor to further her own fascinations.

RELATION: Delta's loose father figureHe is very similar to Hlodyn in his fondness for mankind, though he hails from Bahamut & Tiamat's brood. He has a very strong moral compass and is quite enthusiastic with things, albeit somewhat naive when it comes to information regarding mankind's cultures (think a dad trying to be "hip with the kids.")

During her separation from Carteneau due to the Calamity, she retrreated & recovered in Gridania, reuniting with everyone else post-Heavensward.

RELATION: Delta's technical grandsire & Childhood AcquaintancesHraesvelgr's cold distance towards mortals included Delta as well, of course. It wasn't until the end of Heavensward he began to warm up to her & others and warily receive her as an adoptive grandchild.The dragons of Anyx Trine didn't mind Delta and got along rather amicably, but the older individuals were more apprehensive of her being there.

RELATION: Scouting BirdSemmy Jr. is a very hardworking bird!! She was raised and trained to be a hunting hawk, but was later repurposed into a scouting hawk. She can be very dramatic at times, but she loves both her moms very much!

RELATION: Battle Mount & Pet catSkor was rescued as a stray when he was nothing more than a little kitten. How he ever became a battle panther is beyond Delta, as he still acts like a domestic house kitten despite being a fully grown coeurl. He's deathly afraid of any kind of bird and the only things he can successfully hunt are plastic bottles and his mom.
